A lifelong advocate of environmental awareness, conscious living, and conscious business, I work to bring together my entrepreneurial spirit, diverse life experiences, marketing acumen, online expertise, driving passions and long-term vision to help create a better world and a more sustainable way of living for all.

When I logged onto the Web for the first time in October of 1994, my initial reaction to this new medium of communication was, "This is going to change the entire world, I have to be a part of this!" Thus beginning a decade of dedication to the utilization of this new technology to effect positive change, through placing ever-increasingly powerful tools of connection and communication into the hands of as many people as I possibly can.

In May of 1995, I gave birth to one of the first examples of social networking on the web, GS Magazine, exploring questions of spirituality, sexuality, and gender identification. A highly interactive experience, with both user driven and editorial content, it was one of the first sites on the Web to receive sponsorship from major advertisers through the purchase of banner space. I spent much time in the beginning introducing ad agencies in New York to the Web, convincing them that it wasn't a passing fad, and educating them on why their clients should have a presence. All of this paid off, however, as GS Magazine was chosen as one of the "Top 100 Most Successful Web sites of 1996" by Jupiter Communications.

GS Magazine received numerous awards and recognition for it's design and features, and I soon found myself in demand by companies seeking my Web design talents. As the large media companies came online, and the climate of the Web shifted, I decided to let go of GS Magazine and begin using my abilities in a new way. I began a career as a Web designer, programmer, and online marketing consultant. Through producing work for clients such as Conde Nast and Nickelodeon, I honed my skills and began laying the groundwork for the development of my later work.

In 2002, after relocating to Los Angeles, I shifted my focus to begin applying all that I had learned into a new arena, and founded a non-profit organization known as Theurgy Foundation, later to be called Living Paradise. I designed, programmed, and oversaw a new social network called Theurgy.com, a community for the exploration of conscious living. While well received and loved by it's member base, it was an idea that was ahead of it's time in many ways.

While on sabbatical in British Columbia, I spent time living in a beautiful intentional community in the woods in the mountains, learning first hand about issues of community, sustainability, conscious living, and new forms of economy and social structure. Upon returning to Los Angeles, I applied what I had learned in Canada to become the driving force in starting several programs to educate others on environmental issues, feed organic food to the homeless, and explore methods of sustainability in an urban environment.

I've grown, I've matured, and I'm more focused on just being in this moment and creating positive change to the best of my abilities. And now, a new synthesis has occured. A rebalancing of the two polarities of for-profit and non-profit. A more holistic approach. A social enterprise that combines everything that I do, bringing all of my knowledge and experience to Dianovo, merging enterprise with social commitment, environmental concern with appropriate use of technologies, and marketing savvy with visions of a better tomorrow. I do believe that a new day is truly upon us, and how we come through this is up to all of us. Together we can create a future of harmony and sustainability.
