  • Business assistant at Dianovo.com
  • Director of Media Relations at Rooftop Promotion
  • General manager at Hidden River Adventures

Founder of GreenGurus.net where I'm working to help individuals and businesses to become more sustainable.

I'm also serving as CEO of DistinctiveFabric.com, Inc. where I've filled virtually every role since not long after it's start-up in early 2004, by founding Chairman Adam Wiggins; I'm currently developing a sustainable fabrics division and otherwise Greening its operations.

I worked where and when needed here at Dianovo, from the summer of 2006 until early winter 2007, at which point my duties at DistinctiveFabric.com demanded my full attention again.

In addition, I used to help manage an outdoor adventure company called Hidden River Advetures, where I served an equally diverse number of roles from the age of 16 - 21. By the time the company closed its doors in 2001, I had come to learn a great deal concerning the local watershed and river ecosystems within which I helped create, manage and operate several ecotourism packages including a full moon kayak tour of the old Manayunk (Pennsylvania) Canal.

Raised between two very polar opposite lifestyles: one a rigid, affluent suburbanite realm and the other a creative and spiritually nurturing rural playground, I gained an intrinsic understanding of what these two worlds represent, how they function and can impact the rest of our world. Drawing upon this wealth of experience and knowledge I've learned to mesh the two into a dynamically powerful, symbiotic path to achieve a world vision of harmonious balance between nature and technology.

My experience varies widely from system development; product creation, display and sales; logistical operations from customer and equipment transport, staging and management; wilderness adventure tour development, guiding and ecotourism; to inventory and supply restocking, purchasing to order fulfillment systems; marketing, press and radio promotions and publicity to web architecturing and branding of e-commerce websites; customer loyalty and brand marriage management - all add to an innate sense of quite simply “what's working and what isn't” and a subsequent “this is how we're gonna' fix it” attitude.

Working tirelessly to transform any obstacle into a valuable asset, I will lead any project or endeavor to a timely, successful completion with unparalleled professionalism and attention to detail. Coupled with insightful, level-headed planning and an uncanny knack for foresight and predilection, many have come to rely heavily on and trust deeply in my clear and steady judgment to maintain a clear, steady course and if need be, hold tight through the rough and tumble times that any enterprise might encounter.

being green and conscious

I intend to make significant change and growth in the global marketplace and beyond by raising business and consumer standards of conduct with regards to the environment, professionally and personally, for the greater benefit of the earth and all of it's citizens. It is to that end that I'm working to help develop and promote such green ventures as LightningInABottle.org, to fuse the latest Web 2.0 technologies with both modern and tribal conscious, eco-green principles to educate, enlighten and entertain the widest audience possible.

Carpool and rideshare when in LA and elsewhere, and carbon offset any conventional travel used; run my companies websites with 100% solar powered hosting, work from home, fly once a year or less (and at the very least, offset any such travel); recycle, use less, and reuse almost everything I do consume (ex: will use the same tea bag 2-3 times, boil only enough water for the tea I'm brewing to conserve water and to minimize energy consumption); unplug phone chargers and other ac adapters when not in use; stage lighting strategically to minimize excessive power waste; "If it's pee let it be, if it's brown flush it down" -yes it's gross but toilets as most know by now, waste an obscene amount of water.

Other ways include: composting, buying sustainable products, use of eco-friendly cleaners, buy local, organic foods, and much more.

In regards to my internet fabric business, we apply many of these same principles and are taking more and more steps to green its operations. We currently recycle, reuse and donate nearly all of our waste: recyclables, cardboard, etc. to the local homeless - all of our printer cartridges are stored in-house until they get returned for refills or recycling to the manufacturer. We also share our warehouse with another company The Do Lab, who we offset our warehouse's total consumption of energy with.

Reading and researching more philosophies, theories, news items, and any other related sources I can find that deal with all the various aspects of sustainability.
