Source for organic birdseed?

Does anyone know of a good source for organic birdseed. I'm wanting to start feeding the wild birds around our house as winter is coming on, and can only find non-organic birdseed.

Anywhere in the San Francisco Bay area, or online would be fine.

Unfortunately I have as yet not found a source for organic bird seed.

Organic lawn grass seed is almost non-existant too.

Those two categories of seed will probably be the last two types to arrive in organic form because, people don't eat them and market forces are driven by demand and there just isn't that much demand for them.

Bird seed has the handicap of sometimes being invasive species from over seas and seed like niger seed are often irradiated before coming into the country.
California operates much like it's own country in agriculture and quite often has it's own standards for everything from compost to seed.
If you have enough land, you're best bet is to plant a lot of different kinds of sunflowers and other native plants that make big seed heads and leave them standing after they die back so the critters can eat them.
You'll have to keep your screen door shut though.  Sqirrels and other varmants like the seed too and they'll want to see if you have anything cool going on in the kitchen!
